On Tuesday 12/11/2024, Treatment and Rehabilitation Center for Victims of Torture held an educational workshop under the title of “Mental Health and Positive Parenting” in Wadi Al-joz at the Wadi Al-joz Association. The workshop addressed the concept of positive education from defining long-term goals in harmony with the child's generation from generation 0 to 18 years to solving problems using positive education that aims to support the child's autonomy and give him the necessary confidence to propose and find solutions to his problems in a way that ensures a confident, independent, and content youth who can solve his problems. Instructor Fida Taha also raised many problems that parents experience daily with their children and how to solve them in a positive way. The concept of children's mental health was also addressed and how to approach specialized professional assistance in this area. Many of the methods used in this workshop included debriefing activities, contests, groups, and offers from the participants themselves.
