growing phenomenon of torture in the occupied Palestinian territories. The
founding partner organizations of the coalition include the Treatment and Rehabilitation
Center for Victims of Torture, the Center for Defence of Freedoms and Civil
Rights "Hurryyat," the Conscience Foundation, the Al-Haq Foundation,

Democracy and Media Center Shams, the Mandela Institute, and the Independent
Commission for Human Rights - Observer Member.
The primary goal of the PCAT as the following:

about the devastating impact of torture on individuals, families, and society
as a whole.

a call to end the impunity culture for the primary and secondary victims
of torture.
4-
A call for
legal harmonization with international standards
5-
Equipping the relevant
stakeholders with the necessary knowledge and skills to prevent and respond to
torture effectively.
6-

monitors and documents cases of torture, ensuring that accurate data is
collected and analysed.
